We are seeking a versatile and analytical IT Analyst to support our technology operations and business intelligence initiatives. This role involves working with data, systems, and stakeholders to ensure the smooth functioning of IT services and to provide insights that drive strategic decisions. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across a variety of platforms and technologies, with a strong focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret data from IT systems to support operational and strategic initiatives.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and documentation to monitor system performance and business metrics.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to applications, databases, and infrastructure.

  • Support IT projects including system upgrades, migrations, and process automation.

  • Conduct root cause analysis and recommend improvements to enhance system reliability and efficiency.

  • Evaluate and integrate AI tools and platforms to enhance IT operations and business intelligence.

  • Prepare presentations and reports for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • 2–4 years of experience in IT analysis, support, or business intelligence.

  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).

  • Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.

  • Experience with scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) is a plus.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with IT service management (ITSM) tools like ServiceNow or Jira.

  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

  • Understanding of ITIL or other IT governance frameworks.

  • Certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, or AWS are a plus.
